Production presently is with dual key caps so that both codings are accessible by the tapping of a one key switch.

The Ergomatic keyboards layout shows the same characters but in a more efficient arrangement. The three rows of alpha characters starting with QWERT on the left side, and YUIOP on the right are changed to read: QPYCB and VMUZL. The next row reads ANISF and DTHOR, and the third row reads ,?JG'' or ' in lower case, and LWK-X or _wk-x in lower case . This leaves the left thumb to provide the letter 'e' which is the most frequently used letter. It is the large key right under the thumb!
